Nanya Renwu 1st Plant is a professional PVC compounds factory. We have an excellent R&D technical team. The laboratory has passed TAF certification and is equipped with 85 sets of advanced precision inspection equipment. It provides material analysis, formula basic testing, processability simulation, and compound quality inspection and other purposes.
In response to the customer's material development needs, we set up various test equipment for formula research, including thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyzer, oil-heated rolling mill, plastic spectrometer, melting point tester, automatic color matching machine, etc.; for physical and chemical testing, there is a constant temperature machine , tensile tester, impact tester, deformation temperature tester, gas chromatograph, etc.; for the needs of research and development of medical compound, it is equipped with electronic titrator, ultrapure water maker, vertical autoclave, etc., and it is supplemented by pipe drawing machine and injection machine for processability confirmation.
We passed TAF (ISO 17025) certification in 2018. We are certified in accordance with international ASTM and ISO standards to provide the most professional, fastest and most accurate services, create win-win results and value with customers, and strengthen the competitiveness of customers' products in the market.
About TAF
Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs took into account the trend of international certification, and integrated domestic certification resources. Merged the business of Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA) and Chinese National Accreditation Board (CNAB). Set an assessment infrastructure that complies with the WTO's Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) and established Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF).

Water Pollution Control Management
- The process water is 100% recycled, and operational control and monitoring are set.
- Domestic wastewater regularly sampled and inspected for water quality, and discharged after treatment by the facilities in the plant.
Measures of Waste Management
- After the waste is generated, it is properly classified and stored in a designated place with regulations.
- Control the flow of waste treatment through computer operations, and complete the declaration with regulations.
- Review the departments whose processing volume exceeds the limit and propose improvement measures.
Environmental Protection Policy of Safety and Health
- Promote reduction of industrial waste, research and improvement of raw materials and process technology to reduce waste water, waste gas and waste generation.
- Strengthen the operation and management of pollution prevention equipment, so that pollutant discharge can meet the environmental protection regulations, and prevent abnormal occurrence.
- Strengthen employees and contractors' awareness of environmental protection management, maintain a clean natural environment and build related culture.
- Strengthen good neighborliness, proactively disclose relevant information and experience, establish good interaction and communication.
Air Pollution Control Management
- The factory has regular environmental inspections, such as self-check, equipment component inspections, and dust cleaning, VOC, etc.
- Air pollution collection is conducted during production. Disposal facilities, monitoring facilities are connected to the computer for instant monitoring, and an alarm will be issued immediately when an abnormality occurs.
- Regularly implement air quality monitoring and inspection of odors.
- Check the total air pollution discharge in the industrial zone.
